Sky meets Earth in this view of NASA Dryden’s Gulfstream G-III aerodynamics research testbed aircraft, tail number 804.The aircraft went aloft on a functional check flight on June 26, 2012, the first time it’s flown in about two years, to ensure that its electrical and mechanical systems were operating properly after installation of wiring and other modifications for future flight test projects.June 26, 2012
