NASA has selected Creative Management Technologies, Inc. of Cocoa Beach, Florida to perform janitorial services at the agency’s Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.
The firm-fixed-price contract awarded under the Small Business Set Aside Program will begin on June 2. It consists of a 15-month base performance period and five options. The options, if exercised, would extend the contract to a total of five years. The contract has a maximum value of approximately $11.2 million.
Creative Management Technologies, Inc. will provide janitorial services as well as emergency support services, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity work requests and clean room services.
