NASA, Brick by Brick

The NASA “meatball” takes shape brick by brick thanks to hundreds of pieces of LEGO®. The insignia was on display in the NASA exhibit at BrickFair 2011 near Washington, DC – an annual gathering of thousands of LEGO fans of all ages. The 2011 theme was “NASA,” which inspired many future (and current) design-and-builders to build aeronautics- or space-themed “MOC’s” (My Own Creation).Image credit: NASA/Maria Werries
