Space Biosciences participates in Ames Living Museum

The Space Biosciences Division is participating in Ames Research Center’s 75th Anniversary “living museum”. The living museum is a self-guided public tour of 15 NASA displays installed in spaces generously provided by local business owners and the cities of Mountain View and Sunnyvale. The Space Biosciences exhibit at 831 Villa Street, Mountain View, CA highlights the historical life science research capabilities of Spacelab and the space shuttle, and depicts recent spaceflight research missions aboard the International Space Station.  Photos of the Space Biosciences exhibit are featured in the San Francisco Chronicle’s article entitled “NASA artifacts from Ames center go on display in local spaces.” (SFgate.com, July 16, 2013.) The Living Museum will remain on display through July 31, 2014.
